The first step is identifying your ideal customer profile. Whose problem are you solving? We need to know everything, and no detail is TMI. The more we know, the easier we'll find them.

Channel Identification

The internet is a huge place, and having clear picture of who we are looking for helps us narrow down the search.

  • Social Ads might be a solution if your audience is hanging out on TikTok, Instagram, or... Facebook?

  • If they are not part the social type, what does their Google search look like because Search Ads could be worth the try.

  • And what other brands they love? Initiating collaborations with other brands is definitely something to keep in mind too!

Launching marketing campaigns

Now that we know who they are and where they are hiding, it's time to get creative and craft campaigns that are going to resonate with them and make them go: "oh wait, that sounds interesting, I wanna know more!".

Campaign creation is definitely a fun moment but it is the tracking and constant optimization of our operations that will make the whole difference. In the end, we want to find the sweet spot that will give us the most bang for our buck.

Nurturing existing clients

Just like in a relationship, if you want to keep the flame burning, and keep things interesting, it requires constant work.

Your existing clients are your biggest assets and we'll need to think of creative ways to stay in touch with them, use their feedback to fine-tune our acquisition campaigns and create new opportunities for them to buy from you.
